The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Compliance Report is a formal document or submission that demonstrates how a government agency, local government unit (LGU), or government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) complies with the requirements of Republic Act No. 11032 — the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.
An ARTA Compliance Report is submitted periodically (often annually or semi-annually) and includes documentation of how the agency follows the law. It ensures transparency, accountability, and improved service delivery.
The Municipality of Tubigon, through its commitment to good governance, submits this ARTA Compliance Report in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 11032, otherwise known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.
This report outlines the various initiatives, systems, and reforms implemented by the Local Government Unit to ensure the delivery of transparent, accountable, and citizen-friendly public services. As mandated by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), this document reflects the municipality’s compliance with key provisions of the law, including the establishment and posting of the Citizen’s Charter, adherence to standard processing times (3-7-20 rule), enforcement of the “No Noon Break” policy, implementation of an effective feedback and complaints mechanism, and promotion of anti-fixer campaigns.
The Municipality of Tubigon recognizes the importance of streamlining procedures, eliminating bureaucratic inefficiencies, and fostering a culture of efficiency and integrity in public service. This report serves not only as a compliance document, but also as a public statement of our dedication to providing efficient, timely, and client-focused services to our constituents.
Through this submission, we reaffirm our full support for ARTA’s mandate and our shared goal of enhancing the ease of doing business and improving public sector performance in the Philippines.
