On February 6, 2025, the technical working group of tourism from the Local Government Unit of Tuburan conducted a benchmarking activity to enhance their initiatives in developing the tourism sector of their municipality. The group visited various tourism sites in Bohol, including Tubigon.
The Local Government Unit of Tubigon through Hon. Renato Villaber, Municipal Vice Mayor, and Tourism Officer, Amir Sol-Medrano, warmly welcomed the technical working group of tourism from the Local Government Unit of Tuburan. The staff from Tourism Office of Tubigon guided them to the Enchanted Ilijan Plug of Tubigon, Bohol, showcasing the area’s potential for tourism development.
